Renfrewshire Doors Open Days

Saturday the 7th of September 1000-1600

The Abbey will be open for Doors Open Day on Saturday 7 September 10am-4pm and on Sunday 12.30pm-4pm. On Saturday the tower will be open, Abbey, shop, Cloister Cafe and the Place of Paisley. On Sunday 8th the Abbey and shop only will be open. This year’s children’s theme is ANIMALS. The Abbey is full of wonderful carvings of animals so why not come and see them on this special day.

Many Living History crafters will be attending on the Saturday Only offering

Demonstrations of weaving on a 4 shaft loom
Nalbinding Demonstrations
Demonstrations of weaving on a warp-weighted loom.
