On the 22nd of July 1298, the Army of Sir William Wallace High Guardian of Scotland and protector of the realm fought the army of King Edward I of England on the fields of Falkirk.
Each year we pay homage to the men that stood their ground and died that day as well as celebrating their memory, deeds and bravery with storytelling, music, reenactment and much more
