Nidavellnir

Nidavellnir makes Viking Age nalbinded items (a form of Viking Age knitting)  from undyed and naturally dyed yarns from Icelandic, British, Shetland and other Rare Breed wool.

Nalbinded Viking Age hats, mittens, fingerless mittens and socks for reenactment communities and heritage centres.

Nidavellnir is run by Emma ‘Bruni’ Boast MA, Viking Age Archaeologist and Heritage Specialist. All items are handmade using historical crafting techniques.

Nidavellnir also makes items of historical clothing and kit based on ancient crafts and skills of Northern Europe based on archaeological examples.

Nidavellnir makes Viking Age clothing for the heritage sector as well as for film. Authentic historical commissions are also taken.
